A downtown Oxnard landmark we’ve catered — a plated gala here, from a raw oyster bar through a stationed dessert.
- Fifteen restored buildings from 1876 to 1912 — Queen Anne and Stick-Eastlake Victorian, Craftsman, and a 1902 chapel with its original stained glass.
- The main plaza and the garden courtyards spread a party across several outdoor spaces, so we set service where the guests actually are rather than in one line.
- We’ve run the full arc here: a VIP welcome lounge, a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres and a raw oyster bar, a two-course plated dinner, then a stationed dessert — with our own captains, servers and culinary team on site from early afternoon through breakdown at ten.
- A working downtown block on every side: we stage load-in tightly and leave the historic buildings undisturbed.
