Festive, Without the Fuss

A holiday party your team actually looks forward to

December runs on goodwill, and nothing builds it like a genuinely great party. Chef-owner Golzar Meamar draws on Persian winter-feasting traditions — Yalda, the longest night, celebrated with pomegranate, saffron, and a table made for lingering — alongside seasonal California favorites. We bring from-scratch food, a craft-cocktail bar with wintry signature drinks, and a professional team that handles everything — so the person organizing gets to enjoy the party too.

  • No event minimum Monday through Friday — our $5,000 minimum applies only to Saturdays
  • Seasonal winter menus — passed appetizers, grazing tables, plated and family-style dinners
  • A festive craft bar: mulled and spiced signatures, house floral syrups, certified bartenders
  • Dietary accommodations handled cleanly — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies
  • One clean itemized invoice for accounting, with a receipt for every payment

Why a Weekday Party Costs Less Here

No event minimum, Monday through Friday

Our $5,000 event minimum applies to Saturdays only. A Tuesday-evening office party, a Thursday client dinner, a Sunday family gathering — none of them carry a minimum at all. You pay for the food, the bar, and the service you actually want, at any headcount.

That matters in December more than any other month, because the company holiday party is almost always a weekday evening — and weekday dates stay open long after the December Saturdays are gone.

Pricing

What a holiday party costs

$140$195 PER GUEST, ALL IN

A real range for a 100-guest party — food, staffing, service and tax included, not a teaser rate. Where you land depends on the service style (a grazing spread reads lightest, a seated plated dinner dearest), whether you add bar service, and your headcount. A drop-off spread sits below the range entirely, since there’s no staffing behind it.

When to book a December party

August & September

When most companies choose their date and shortlist caterers. Book here and you get first pick of December — including the Saturdays, which go first.

October

Menus, headcount, and contracts come together. Weekday evenings are still wide open, and this is the last comfortable moment to lock a December weekend.

November

The calendar is tight but not closed — weekday dates hold longest. Tell us your headcount and preferred week and we’ll confirm availability right away.

Good to Know

Holiday Parties — your questions

When should we book a December holiday party?

Most companies choose their date in August and September, and contracts come together through October. December weekends go first; by November the calendar is tight — but weekday dates stay open longest and carry no event minimum. Tell us your headcount and preferred week and we’ll confirm availability right away.

Do you cater private holiday parties as well as company parties?

Both. A family gathering, a milestone birthday over the holidays, a Christmas Eve dinner, or a New Year’s celebration gets the same kitchen and the same team as a corporate party — just scaled to a home rather than a ballroom. Smaller headcounts are welcome, and outside Saturdays there’s no minimum to clear.

Is there a minimum spend for a holiday party?

Only on Saturdays: our $5,000 event minimum applies to Saturday events. A Monday-through-Friday office party or a Sunday gathering has no minimum — and December weekday evenings are exactly when most company parties happen, so most of our holiday work carries no minimum at all. You’ll see the real number in an itemized instant estimate in about two minutes.

Do you do office drop-off as well as full-service parties?

Both. We can deliver and style a festive spread for a casual office celebration, or run a fully staffed evening with servers, bartenders, rentals, and a captain — whatever the occasion calls for.

Can the bar do seasonal cocktails?

That’s our favorite part. Our floral craft bar goes wintry for the holidays — spiced and mulled signatures, house-made syrups, and a curated wine and beer list, poured by certified bartenders. You buy the alcohol at retail; we never mark it up.

Can you handle dietary restrictions across a big group?

Always. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and specific allergies are planned into the menu from the start and clearly labeled at service, so every guest is taken care of.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in the Santa Ynez Valley and cater holiday parties throughout Santa Barbara County — Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Solvang, Buellton, Santa Maria — and across California for larger events.

How big — or small — a party can you handle?

From a twelve-person team dinner to several hundred guests. Our largest single event was a 1,000-guest company celebration, so a full-company December party is well inside what we scale to — and an intimate office of fifteen is just as welcome.
