Do Santa Ynez Valley venues have a kitchen you can use?
It varies by property, and we plan for either. Many of the valley’s vineyards, ranches and estates have no kitchen we can serve a wedding from, so we build out a complete field kitchen right where the celebration happens. Zaca Lake — the venue we’ve catered more than any other here — is the clearest case: there is a kitchen on the property, but it sits too far from the reception spaces to serve a wedding from, so the build-out happens every time.
