We cater at Epiphany Cellars in Los Olivos. It suits the evening a wedding weekend opens with — the rehearsal dinner, the welcome party — and that is the shape of both events we’ve run on the pergola patio: a paella dinner for 110, and a two-hour stationed-appetizer reception for 50.
Two evenings catered on this patio already — we know how the paella burners set up and how the night runs here.

Yes — that is exactly what we have done here. The rehearsal dinner we catered on this patio was 110 guests: a farm salad, bread and butter, and two paellas made on site over their own burners, one vegetarian and one chicken and seafood. Worth knowing when you are planning the night before: our event minimum applies to Saturdays only, so a Friday rehearsal dinner is not held to one.
Yes. The second event we catered here was exactly that shape — 50 guests, two hours, all stationed appetizers: meatballs in arrabbiata, saffron chicken kabobs, phyllo cups with goat cheese, prosciutto and rose preserve, and grilled sourdough with whipped feta. A welcome party wants food people can graze on while they find each other, and the pergola patio holds that kind of evening well.
