That covers food, staff, bar service, tax & fees for a 100-guest wedding at Foxen Canyon Ranch — buffet with beer & wine at the low end, plated with a full bar at the high end. Foxen Canyon Ranch takes a complete field kitchen, and that equipment is rented too — ovens, a range, racks and pans on top of the tabletop order. Once bar service and linens are in, plan on the full-service end.
