We cater weddings at Stolo — the property gives us a meadow with power to build the kitchen in and a vineyard to serve dinner in, and everything else comes in with us.
A Central Coast vineyard we’ve catered — we know where the kitchen goes and how far the food has to travel.
- A field-kitchen build every time: two 10×10 canopies pitched in the meadow, power run to them, and the stove, convection oven and warming cabinet all brought in for the day.
- Dinner is served out in the vine rows, a distance from that kitchen — we stage the pass around the walk, and even the ice makes the trip by golf cart.
- We’ve run the whole arc here: passed hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner, water and wine poured at the table, coffee and tea after, and the bar staffed by our own team.
