$140–$195 PER GUEST
That covers food, staff, bar service, tax & fees for a 100-guest wedding at Carousel House — buffet with beer & wine at the low end, plated with a full bar at the high end. A real range, not a teaser rate: yours moves with your service style, your bar package and your guest count, and rentals are priced separately, below.
Rentals, quoted separately
Tables, linens, plates and glassware come from a rental house, so they sit outside the figures above. Per guest, typical from our 2024–2026 orders:

- $45–$60A full-service build
Carousel House takes a complete field kitchen, and that equipment is rented too — ovens, a range, racks and pans on top of the tabletop order. Once bar service and linens are in, plan on the full-service end.
